    Seeking a Financial Analyst to provide business information reporting. The role will enable business leaders to access business performance information in a clear, concise & accurate way. The role will facilitate the collection & analysis of data including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting & trend analysis. Candidate will require a good understanding of the business & financial processes.  He/She will have extensive interaction with the financial team in producing or modifying reports as business requirements change.  He/She will also be responsible for QA and ensuring that the reporting data is accurate and auditable.


    • Take ownership of all client SOWs on behalf of account management; manage and support the financial planning process across all account management teams.
    • Provide support to Production to help develop and ensure staff plans are accurate.
    • Develop and maintain Annual Budgets and Quarterly reforecasts.
    • Develop and maintain client profitability.
    • Maintain and update revenue trackers, while generating reports for internal review, as well as, review with clients as directed by account management team. 
    • Ensure client billing is accurate and up-to-date; communication with accounting department on all billing matters.
    • Review and approve all client related expenses.
    • Monitor client budgets (including review of actuals vs. budget); ensure key information is provided to appropriate individuals and teams regarding budgetary issues. 
    • Lead weekly/monthly Revenue review meetings with Client Lead Teams.
    • Review and provide commentary to management on all variances across P&L.
    • Prepare monthly journal entries to ensure proper revenue recognition.
    • Review WIP and OOP reconciliations monthly; provide updates to Accounting department.
    • Ad hoc reporting as needed.


    Minimum Qualifications/Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred
    • 2-4 years’ experience in a client Finance facing role
    • Advertising/Professional services experience preferred
