    The Senior Vice President, Client Solutions is focused on relationship-based, consultative business development and account management, leads strategic client engagements, and manages Vice Presidents, Directors and Senior Directors of Client Solutions. In addition, the Senior Vice President participates in corporate-wide efforts to develop key account management protocols, refines RST offerings and associated marketing materials, and provides thought leadership on key research topics.


    The Senior Vice President, Client Solutions is expected to:


    • Scope and budget potential engagements for current and potential clients


    • Draft proposals for potential engagements for current and potential clients


    • Create and implement strategy for account management teams


    • Leading strategic client engagements and provide business consulting support to clients


    • Participate in internal Engine Insights collaboration initiatives


    • Contribute to RSTs’ solution designs and marketing support


    • Create thought leadership content related to key topics


    • $3mm+(three million or more) in annual business development



    • Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred
    • 10 + years of experience in one or more categories required: Financial Services, Credit cards and payment cards, Banking, retail banking, and/or Insurance (both group benefits and P&C)
    • Prefer Business, Economics, Marketing or Marketing Research degrees
    • Supplier side experience and strong track record of selling and research execution in Financial Services
    • Strong business development skills (i.e., the ability to diagnose client needs, match them to Engine solutions, and articulate Engine’s value)
    • Advisory/Business consulting expertise
    • Effective people management and leadership skills (2 or more direct reports)
    • Advanced Communication skills
    • Client management skills, including presentation and meeting management
    • Problem resolution skills
    • Financial, P&L (profit and loss) skills
