Responsible for driving overall Cassandra marketing strategy and execution to raise awaress in the consumer insights, trends, marketing, innovation, brand strategy industries, generate interest and leads for Cassandra product offerings, and drive internal marketing initiatives for Cassandra clients. The role includes marketing and creative strategy, PR strategy and execution including conferences, creative and design oversight, digital and social media strategy and execution including email marketing and website, event/partnership execution, prospecting collaboration with BD and Brand Strategy teams. Leads Cassandra message and voice across external and internal outputs.


  • Drive overall creative marketing strategy and execution for Cassandra, creating momentum around each report and ensure brand alignment. Oversee all creative assets for Cassandra.
  • Drive PR, conference, event and partnership strategy.
  • Create digital and social media strategy to increase website visits, social presence and ultimately lead generation across all channels and US and beyond. Increase content creation through videos, blog and podcast initiatives.
  • BD and Brand Strategy support for internal marketing initiatives for clients (proposals, presentations, ideations, Trend Trecks, etc.)
  • Management of two creative team members.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in an agency or client, in either account, production or creative capacity. Experience managing strategic traditional, digital and social creative campaigns and/or marketing programs (5-6 years)
  • Experience in event planning  and successful experience managing integrated marketing programs and budgets (3-4 years)
  • Experience working and collaborating with product managers, designers, and writers, clients and vendors.
  • Experience managing people.
