  • Desire to understand our client's business needs and how to apply analytics across integrated data sources to uncover insights
  • Enjoy exploring and analyzing data to uncover patterns and relationships across structured and unstructured data sources
  • Eager to learn/problem solve
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
  • Experience analyzing digital media and behavioral data is a plus (such as optimizing content, attribution modeling, A/B testing)
  • Mathematically oriented - loves working with data

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of R and/or Python programming
  • 5+ years analytical and/or data science experience
  • Eagerness to learn and conduct more advanced analytical methods using both unstructured and structured data
  • Demonstrate understanding of common advanced analytical methods a plus (segmentation techniques, predictive modeling techniques)
  • Strong client facing/presentation skills relative to the analysis a plus
