Based at our Great Portland Street HQ, the Employee Engagement Consultant in the Employee Research team is responsible for delivering strategic insight, advisory and consulting support to clients and driving forward the ORC approach to insight and consulting.
This is a great opportunity to work with a wide range of well-known UK and international brands to help them on their journey to becoming winning workplaces. Working within a matrix structure the Employee Engagement Consultant will also work with a team of client services directors to evolve, enhance and future proof our approach to insight, advisory and consulting, acting as a mentor for junior members of the team looking to build their skills in this space.
