A little bit about our team…

The employee research team accounts for the majority of our UK business and currently consists of over 30 team members who are experts in project management, account management and insight. As a business, we manage the largest scale employee research projects in the UK in both the private and public sector.

Role

Project management of a variety of Employee Research projects, assisting team members on all aspects of the employee research projects - producing questionnaires, reports, attending client meetings & delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

The Research Executive will have exposure to all stages of the Employee Research process including:

  • End to end project management of employee studies, including liaising with our clients and coordinating the internal project teams to ensure projects are run effectively to agreed timescales.
  • General research tasks including question design, report writing and development of results presentations.
  • Working with our account management team to build relationships with clients.

Qualifications

A Research Executive should have these skills/ experience:

  • Highly organised with project management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Good client relationship skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and Commercial awareness.
  • Willingness to design and deliver presentations.

Preferred background:

  • 2:1 or above in Psychology, Geography, Occupational Psychology or other heavily research based degree’s.
  • One year of research experience.
  • An interest in employee engagement and creating Winning Workplaces
