ORC International Expert Advisory Services enables highly qualified experts to provide technical consulting services for leading companies and institutions as well as opportunities for expert witness consulting. Our expert network has been used by over half of the Fortune 500 companies since 1984 to solve critical business issues. 


We have an opportunity for an Account Executive to sell expert projects from leads generated via the Expert Website www.ORCExperts.com and from targeted sales calls.  S/he manages contacts with experts and potential clients, creates proposals, works to sell the proposals and follows-up with experts and clients to ensure quality after the sale through the end of the expert engagement.



  • Quickly establishes trust/rapport with client and expert and maintains control of communications
  • Processes consulting requests and engages clients and experts in consultations. Also helps to maintain and update the network database.
  • Conducts expert searches or verifications for clients
  • Provides customer support to experts and clients related to invoices, billing and collections.
  • Answers expert and applicant questions regarding Expert Network policies, and procedures.
  • Recruits new experts for clients.
  • Provides input for editing expert biographies and expert internal notes.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple sales leads, recruiting projects, record keeping, etc
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.




  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two to three years’ experience of exceptionally strong client services and sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A strong customer service/sales background
  • Excellent negotiation and follow-up skill
  • A consultative sales orientation with strong account management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
