Role

The Director, Client Solutions position has a dual focus on business development and engagement management – designing, selling and overseeing business intelligence engagements for clients.  The Director, Client Solutions is responsible for building and maintaining lasting relationships with current clients. In addition, the Director, Client Solutions should contribute to the training and development of junior staff and participate in corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Scope and budget potential engagements for current clients
  • Draft proposals for potential engagements for current clients
  • Manage Client Solutions teams to complete engagements within the agreed-upon scope and budget
  • Oversee the analysis and delivery of insights to the client to ensure that all goals and facets of the engagement are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients
  • Contribute to the training and development of junior staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
  • 4-6 years direct work experience
  • Desire proven experience in Financial Services, Investments, Insurance, and Banking
  • Managing quantitative research engagements
  • Client-facing experience required
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
