Overview

ORC International has an exciting opportunity to join our Minnesota office as an Expert Network Recruiting Coordinator.

 

This position supports ORC's business-to-business Expert Network services connecting business, technical and legal professionals to over 10,000 rigorously screened peer-recommended experts in over 30,000 areas of science, engineering, medicine/healthcare, regulation, and business. ORC Expert Network is not a directory and our experts do not pay to be listed.

 

Our experts provide Expert Consulting, Expert Witness Services, and Expert-based Research covering a wide variety of needs such as market research, product development, materials sourcing, manufacturing production, and litigation consulting.  Experts may be engaged for quick telephone or email consulting or extended consulting engagements which may include both remote and on-site work.

Responsibilities

  • Process applicants received via the web application.
  • Coordinate daily workflow to ensure that deadlines are being met.
  • Complete general correspondence to verify applicant information.  Proofread copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes.
  • Set up email recruitment campaigns via ReachMail and other tools
  • Create mass mailings to experts - draft recruitment campaign materials and coordinate activities of an already created campaign.
  • Maintain project files to ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
  • Follow best practices for administrative protocols.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner.
  • Knowledge of department and Company policies, practices, and regulations.
  • Ability to assess situations and provide immediate and appropriate feedback.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to work without supervision on complex projects.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to be at work on a regular and predictable basis or as scheduled.

 

Education, Experience, and Certification:

 

  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year prior business or office experience is required.
  • Experience with and understanding of database operations is preferred.
  • Background in customer service is preferred.
